Sudhakar Goverdhanam founded Prime Technology Group, LLC 16 years ago and has spearheaded its rapid growth ever since.

As Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Prime, Sudhakar has led the company to become one of the leading IT service providers in the mid-Atlantic region. Prime Technology Group, LLC continues to widen its reach and expand its footprint into diverse industries, technologies and solutions. In 2007 and 2008 Prime has been recognized as one of the nation’s fastest growing companies by “Inc. 500.”

Sudhakar is on the advisory board of Villanova’s Engineering School. He has also been an advisor at the Laurence A. Baiada Center for Entrepreneurship in Technology at Drexel University, where he has counseled young and upcoming entrepreneurs with business planning and fine-tuning business models. Sudhakar has also served on the board of The Wilma Theater, a respected theater group in Philadelphia, PA, that engages its audiences in an aesthetic and philosophical examination of the complexities of contemporary life.

Aaron Moore

VP of Sales/Head of Insurance

Leading our Insurance vertical, Aaron drives the sales strategy and direction of the Prime Insurance Practice. He is responsible for identifying and developing the core services which we focus on today. In his Sales capacity, he drives the sales team to provide first class service and solutions for existing and emerging clients.

His unique blend of executive acumen, global team-building and poignant IT solutions, Aaron can effectively understand and execute solutions unique to the business challenges of the insurance industry. He has consistently delivered solid IT ROI solutions and operational improvements for today’s digital marketplace.

As a technology leader for over 20 years, Aaron has dedicated his career to providing top tier business solutions to the insurance industry and has engaged with 100+ clients throughout his career. Prior to joining Prime, Aaron was a key contributor with TCS/Insurance and spent 10 years building the insurance practice with iGate/Mastech. Aaron’s experience also includes 2 startup organizations focused on rural insourcing in the Midwest.

Aaron is a Heidelberg University Graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Public Relations and completing his MBA at Franciscan University of Steubenville.
